Experience stellar cuisine in Berlin: Our package for travel-hungry gourmets takes you to two Berlin restaurants: First the Margaux, where you will be treated to an exquisite four-course meal by Michael Hoffmann, who passionately lives his vision of sustainable, modern haute cuisine that reconciles ethics and pleasure. Michael Hoffmann is renowned for his complex vegetable cuisine that is grounded in tradition despite its radicalism. On the other evening of your trip to Berlin, acclaimed chef Matthias Dieter will delight you with a four-course meal at our first floor gourmet restaurant. Matthias Diether’s refreshingly modern take on classic haute cuisine creates beautifully intricate dishes that are as delicious as they are surprising. Perfectly balanced flavours with bold counterpoints and a very subtle plate presentation make his dishes culinary works of art. Since April 2010, the first floor has been the stage for Matthias Dieter’s creativity. He quickly made a name for himself in Berlin’s gourmet scene and was voted “Newcomer of the Year 2010” by a panel of Berlin master chefs. As our chef de cuisine, he has since earned the first floor a Michelin star, 17 Gault Millau points, 3 “F”s from the Feinschmecker magazine and the title “Best German Restaurant of the Year 2012”.
