Since April 2010, Michelin-starred chef Matthias Diether has thrilled the guests at the gourmet restaurant with his modern European dishes based on haute cuisine. Matthias Diether has rapidly made a name for himself on the Berlin gourmet scene. He was quickly named 'Rising Star of 2010' by the Berlin Master Chefs. Not only that, but the Berlin Master Chefs jury also nominated the ambitious chef de cuisine 'Berlin Master Chef 2011'. In 2012 the "first floor" proudly bears the title 'Best German Restaurant of the Year' ('Große Restaurant & Hotel Guide 2012').
