All booking details provided by you shall be transferred in encrypted form. Our contracting partners have agreed to handle your transmitted data in a manner compliant with data protection, and takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data. No data shall be disclosed to third parties in this context. Data is used exclusively for processing bookings and for the purposes of correspondence.

In this connection, we (through our partner RIMS mp-network) or LHWS Services GmbH on behalf of us will send you an e-mail within 14 days of departure to ask you to submit a hotel review. Reviews can be anonymized upon request. If you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel, we would like to make use of the opportunity to contact you. At the end of the questionnaire you have the option to reject any further contact.

If a former guests submits a review, the data entered in the review template by the past guest data shall be stored in the review tool of Medallia, Inc., 450 Concar Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402, USA. Medallia Inc. committed themselves to the privacy-compliant handling of your transmitted data. This data includes: e-mail address and voluntary information such as first name, surname, language as well as the scores and review statements. In addition, we ask for your review on Tripadvisor.

No data shall be disclosed to third parties in this context. Data shall be used exclusively for the purposes of quality assurance and to reconcile negative reviews.

(1) We collect, store and, if necessary, share the data, to the extent necessary to exchange messages using an instant messenger, which enables real-time exchange via the Extensible Measurement and Presence Protocol (XMPP). 6. We would like to explicitly point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending our newsletter. For this analysis, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluation we link the data communicated in us under 3 and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID. Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID.

a) The data are collected exclusively pseudonymised, the IDs are al-so not linked to your other personal data, direct personal reference is excluded.

b) You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the link that each newsletter contains or by informing us about another contact path. The information is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After a cancellation we store the data purely statistically and anonymously.

c) We would like to point out that such tracking is not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you have the pictures displayed manually, the tracking mentioned above will be carried out.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will inform you that our newsletter is sent by a service provider (mailing-work GmbH, Birkenweg 7, 09569 Oederan OT Memmendorf) and that we have forwarded your e-mail address to our service provider for this purpose alone. mailingwork uses this data exclusively for the delivery of our newsletter. When registering for our newsletter on our website, data is collected which allows us to make the registration processes verifiable. For this purpose, mailingwork stores the time of registration and IP addresses.

8. This service provider has been carefully selected by us, commissioned in writing and is bound by our instructions. They are regularly checked by us. This service provider will delete this data after fulfilment of the contract and the conclusion of legal storage periods, unless you have consented to further storage.

9. You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data stored with us (Article 15 GDPR).
